Jeff began his social impact career in the non-profit sector, where he served as Deputy Executive Director of the organization, Charity Cultural Services Center, addressing the needs of limited English proficient and culturally isolated San Franciscans through education and job training, in addition to founding two nonprofit startups: ALERT and San Francisco Neighborhood Centers Together.

Jeff holds a BFA from the Claire Trevor School of the Arts at UC Irvine and an MBA from the Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.

Keeping your brand promise and holding fast to your core purpose creates relevant value and begins the loyalty cycle. When the people who drive the brand know their purpose and strive to deliver their promise against all constituent touchpoints, value, meaningful dialogue, collaboration and trust are generated- and all boats rise.

Jeff thinks a lot about creativity, relevance, purpose, community, and controlled serendipity. You can follow him @jnelder on twitter. Better yet, say ‘hi’.
